What 49 New Jersey Property Purchases Show
This anonymized snapshot summarizes Jersey State Home Buyers' own purchase history. It is evidence of where and what we have purchased—not a forecast of home values and not a claim that every submitted property will qualify for an offer.

What the data can—and cannot—tell you
- It shows direct experience with single-family, multifamily, mixed-use, land, and apartment properties.
- It shows the strongest transaction history in Atlantic City, East Orange, and Jersey City.
- It does not establish a value for another property; condition, title, occupancy, location, and terms still matter.
- It should not be treated as a complete picture of the New Jersey market or as investment advice.
Methodology and privacy
The source is the company's internal transaction record used for the public track-record page. We counted one row per purchase, grouped rows by city and property type, and checked that the group totals reconcile to 49. Street addresses, seller names, and exact transaction amounts are omitted for privacy. We will update the date and totals when the underlying record changes.
