Privacy Policy

We collect the information you submit about a property so we can review the inquiry, contact you, prevent abuse, deliver the lead to our restricted operating systems, and maintain an audit trail.

Calls and messages

Personal phone or email follow-up is separate from the optional automated-contact choice. If you select the optional checkbox, you consent to automated calls and text messages from Jersey State Home Buyers at the number provided about that property. Consent is not required to submit the form or receive a property review. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.

Automated text conversations identify themselves as Ryan’s automated assistant. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We honor reasonable revocation requests and suppress further automated messages. You can also call (551) 430-9628 or email ryan@jerseystatehomebuyers.com.

AI-assisted responses

When you have consented or initiate a text conversation, a restricted service provider may help classify and draft short operational responses. Before that processing, we remove phone numbers, email addresses, and precise street addresses. The assistant may ask about property ownership, condition, occupancy, timing, and callback preferences, but it is not authorized to quote an offer, negotiate terms, promise a closing date, or provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

Service providers and security

We use restricted hosting, database, CRM, spreadsheet, email, anti-bot, advertising-measurement, and AI service providers only as needed to operate the service. Message bodies are encrypted in operational storage, phone numbers are indexed pseudonymously, and contact or property information is not placed in advertising URLs or analytics events. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models by default; limited abuse-monitoring data may be retained for up to 30 days.

Retention and requests

We retain consent evidence, suppressions, lead and delivery records for operational, legal, and audit needs. To request access, correction, or deletion where applicable, contact ryan@libertyhudson.com.
